Natalie Livingston
Natalie Livingston, CPRP, is a 28 year veteran of the aquatics industry. She is Co-Founder of ALIVE Solutions. Natalie spent 3 years as Vice President of OoASC focusing on accident and drowning investigations, litigation support, and consulting and training programs for aquatics operations. She was previously the General Manager of the Wave Waterpark in Vista, CA for 10 years and has worked at both public and private facilities including Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Knott’s Soak City Buena Park and the City of Vista.
Livingston studied education at Biola University and is a current lifeguard, lifeguard instructor, lifeguard instructor trainer. She is an AFO, CPO, Certified Park & Recreation Professional (CPRP), Certified Pool & Spa Inspector, and served for 6 years on the World Waterpark Board of Directors.
Natalie has been recognized with numerous safety awards including Manager of the Year for the City of Vista, Decade of Aquatic Excellence from Ellis & Associates, Board of Directors Award and Swim Awards from the World Waterpark Association, and Best Public Sector Waterpark and Best Lifeguard Management from Aquatics International. She was also recognized by Aquatics International in their 2020 Power Issue.
Natalie is passionate about aquatic safety, and training and development. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband and two kids.
Ashley Wolfe
Ashley, is a 14 year veteran of the aquatics industry. She is Co-Founder of ALIVE Solutions. Ashley has her Master's Degree in Crisis and Trauma Counseling and is a practicing Intern Clinician at a private practice. Ashley spent two years as a Director with OoASC focusing on risk consulting engagements, accident and drowning investigations, and litigation support. Her prior experience was as a long time operator of Roaring Springs Waterpark just outside of Boise, ID and was also employed in aquatics through the downtown YMCA location.
Ashley is people driven and holistically focused on wellness at all levels. She currently serves on the World Waterpark Education Committee and she is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Ashley is passionate about supporting people and wellness in aquatics, operations, and in the first responder worlds.
