Are you tired of navigating the complex world of aquatics operations without a clear direction? Do you wish you had a comprehensive tool that could educate, support, and guide you towards success in this challenging industry? Do you want a complete framework in a single location? Do you want to know the why behind aquatics standards and best practices? Look no further – On Point is here to revolutionize the way you approach aquatics.
On Point is not just another tool; it's a transformative experience designed to empower aquatics operators and executives. Our program is a one of a kind self-assessment tool, meticulously crafted to provide you with the knowledge, support, and alignment you need to propel your aquatics operation to the next level.
What sets On Point apart is its unique dual-process approach. Two individuals from the same organization, typically an operator and an executive, embark on this journey together. This collaborative process enhances communication, fosters knowledge sharing, identifies gaps, creates alignment focusing on the right things, and sets the stage for a powerful and efficient aquatics operation.
We operate in a critically litigious world that is filled with complexities. On Point was born out of the desire to consolidate the wealth of aquatics-related codes, standards, recommendations, and best practices into one accessible location. This invaluable resource spans all major lifeguard agencies (ARC, YMCA, E&A, StarGuard, RLLS) and codes and standards, offering you a snapshot of your organization's standing and a pathway towards excellence and defensibility.
Our thoughtfully curated report provides visual clarity, sparking momentum and progress where it matters most. On Point acts as your aquatics GPS, establishing your current location and guiding you to becoming a confident, effective, and efficient operator.
We want to reduce the stress, overwhelm, lack of clarity, competing priorities, and lack of support, so you can make a difference.
Your individual scorecard identifies your baseline and highlights gaps for meaningful growth, and helps to identify needed resources and solutions for your specific operating situation.
We believe with accurate data, information, and resources, every Aquatics professional can be successful

"I really can't explain it, this was so easy and yet so transformative. I feel like a new operator. We have been able to have so many very needed conversations in our organization with the On Point Scorecard, and now I feel like the ball is actually moving in a good direction. Thank you!" -A.K. (Aquatics Operator)
"I am an executive that does not come from the aquatics world, so this was eye opening to say the least. I had no idea about half of these requirements / standards, but it makes complete sense. This was an education for me personally and I feel so much more confident walking onto the pool decks now." -R.M (Executive Director)
"This should be mandatory for anyone in aquatics, in my 20 years I have never seen such a valuable tool and resources all in one place. I am so thankful for the shift this has provided in our organization. To anyone considering doing On Point, absolutely do it. You won't regret it." - P.P (Aquatics Professional)
"I don't think many people realize the extent of codes and standards the aquatics industry faces. On Point gives so much clarity and direction. It is simple and powerful. Well done!" - B.W. (Risk Executive)

We believe it absolutely is! We have done extensive testing and received amazing feedback. On Point is like nothing else in our industry and is able to provide awareness, education, improve communication, provide momentum, and a focused point for growth. We all know claims and lawsuits can be costly financially (and culturally, emotionally, and in reputation), and we always recommend operators do the work early. It is truly an investment that will pay for itself in improving your defensibility, in your operating efficiency, and in your work relationships and culture.
We always recommend that On Point be done with 2 people from an organization / facility. Ideally, an operator (Aquatics Manager / Director...) and an Executive (CEO, Executive Director, Risk Manager). The goal is to provide layered feedback and improve communication, knowledge, and awareness at all levels of an organization. However, if you do not have a counterpart, you can still complete On Point as a solo venture.
The goal of On Point is to reduce overwhelm. We think operating in chaos or without direction is frustrating and overwhelming. On Point does a great job of highlighting all the great things you are doing in your operation and then providing resources and feedback on what to focus on. It truly is a road map for success and for reducing the overwhelm.
The questions are all simple Yes / No style. There is no need for written answers of any kind.
No problem at all. All questions have an option to answer "unsure". You will still be provided with the relevant information related to that question in your scorecard so you can look into it.
The higher up most people go in leadership, they tend to focus more on the data. Our approach would be to educate on what this investment will provide. Studies show that ineffective leadership and management could cost organizations up to 7% of their annual revenue, a poor communications report found that an average loss per company of $62.4 million per year due to inadequate communication, a survey found that 91% of employees reported that their leaders lack the necessary skills for effective leadership, and a report indicated that disengaged employees can cost organizations up to 34% of their annual salary. Bottom line is we know investing in our people and in our operations is smart business. We would ask what is the cost of not doing it? What is the current cost of possible operating not efficiently, or without direction, or at a higher risk level than we could be at? On Point is what we wished we would have had as operators....a clear road map of what I needed to do and what expectations were held to my role all in one place.
