ALIVE: NEXT LEVEL ACCESS

We have a strong desire to help take operators and operations to the NEXT LEVEL and in order to do that we need to create ACCESS with each other.  So, here we are!  We envision this as a strong community in which we will all learn, share, and grow together.  

This program is for Aquatics Professionals: 

• Who want to take their operation and personal development to the NEXT LEVEL.
• Who want high level trainings and personalized content
• Who want first looks at new content and innovative ideas for testing
• Who want direct support and ideas on specific topics 
• Who want to continue and grow with us on a more impactful level
• Who want specific wellness and leadership training designed to support you personally

This idea developed from feedback from our free Crisis Connection training and the desire for so many people to ask specific operational questions with context related to their unique experience along with our desire to create and develop training content that is specific to the needs to those in this group.  

Our vision is to show up monthly with a unique training for the members, which you can watch at any time.  We will also host a LIVE session once a month where we will connect, discuss application, review specific challenges, and create solutions with our expert opinion, analysis, and lessons learned.  If you aren't able to join us live, we will record the session for you as well.  

It is like having an expert (and BFF!) in your pocket for all things aquatics, risk prevention, operations, safety, + wellness.

Do you want someone to give you ideas, do you want someone to look at your specific operation and answer questions or review your processes? 

The content will be for an entire year.  It will be structured monthly from May 2020 through April 2021, and we will cover a variety of topics including leadership, mental health and wellness, operational lessons learned, strategies and solutions for improving operations, risk prevention and much more.  Our intent is to let the community be the guide to serve topics that are needed most, but to focus on real applicable content for your specific situation.

DOES IT COST?  Yes, it does.  We are charging for three main reasons, #1 when 'people pay, they pay attention'.  We want this group to be people who are invested in taking their operation and themselves to the NEXT LEVEL, research shows that people are more invested when they have some 'skin in the game'. #2 This is the most affordable way to distribute at a larger scale and to reach people and operations who would not likely be able to afford an in person training with travel costs and other expenses, and  #3 we are a small business and have a ton of value and work we are excited to contribute to  this project, and at the same time want to continue growing our business. 

WHAT IS THE COST?  $25 per month  for a total of $300 for the year (12 months of content / resources / training / ideas / access!)

Course registrations are live now (we launched last week to our email list and are growing daily) and we may shut down registrations depending on the demand.  We want to keep this personal and specific.
