Do I have to do the quiz and certification at the end?

Nope, completely up to you.  You can use the content only, or complete the quiz at the end to request certification.  You can also use the content immediately and take the quiz at a later date.  

Why is it a certification option course?

We wanted to provide a way for operators to PROVE their education and competence for their position.  We have seen in depositions, post event, leadership asked questions about their specific qualifications and training on specific topics, and their answers are not aligned and able to highlight why they are qualified to be doing what they are doing.  Having certifications proving your knowledge in specific topics is super valuable.  

Is this training for an individual or groups?
